Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of Rachel Mazoch, CPA, LLC (“Firm”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of our services and website. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
Scope of Services
Our Firm provides accounting, tax, consulting, and advisory services in accordance with professional standards set by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy (TSBPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and other applicable regulatory authorities. The specific scope of services will be outlined in separate engagement letters for each client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the services.
Maintain records and supporting documents as required by applicable laws and regulations.
Review and approve all deliverables provided by our Firm before filing or submission.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client information in compliance with state and federal laws. However, disclosure may be required by law, regulatory requests, or legal proceedings.
Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be disclosed in the engagement letter and are due upon receipt of an invoice.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges as outlined in the engagement letter.
The Firm reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
Limitation of Liability
The Firm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered in the preceding twelve (12) months.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees incurred up to the date of termination remain payable.
Compliance with Laws
Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local tax laws. Our Firm will use best efforts to provide compliant services but is not liable for penalties due to client errors or omissions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Texas, in accordance with Texas law.
Amendments
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website or provided upon request.
